    • 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If your Lice Choice products do not work for you, email us at Returns@LiceChoice.com with your order information including the order number, and will we send you instructions with a return authorization code.
    • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, you must have all the packaging for the products including bottles, sprayers, caps, boxes, magnifying goggles, etc
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 weeks.
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, credit card, or whichever payment method you used again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Returns@LiceChoice.com.

    Shipment processing time: 

    All orders are processed the same business day if place before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be fulfilled on the following business day. If there are any delays in the fulfillment or shipping process, we will do our best to communicate them via email as soon as we are made aware of them.

    All our products are fulfilled by Amazon and come with free, 2-day shipping.

    Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: 

    We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Shipment confirmation and order tracking: 

    As soon as your order ships, you should receive an email with the tracking information.

    Customs, duties, and taxes: 

    Lice Choice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

    Damages:

    Lice Choice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    International Shipping Policy: 

    We only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
